Exchanges
For special cases where an exchange is necessary, ensure the item is unopened and unused, and reach out to us within 14 days of receiving the product. Shipping fees for the exchanged item will be your responsibility, and any price differences will be charged to your original payment method. The exchange process will begin once we receive your original item at our warehouse.
Returns
Given that our products are intended for children, we enforce a strict no-return policy to ensure safety and hygiene. This policy guarantees that customers receive brand-new, unused items. Despite our no-return policy, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns or issues with your purchase, please contact our customer service team at info@tix-mix.co.uk, and we will do our utmost to address your concerns.
Please be aware that if an item is returned outside our guidelines—such as missing packaging, damaged, or used—we reserve the right to withhold a full refund or exchange. Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or as a gift card. If the product was a gift, the credit will be provided as a Tix&Mix eGift Card. Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund
Gift Returns
For gift returns, we offer store credit or exchanges only. We cannot provide direct refunds for gift returns.
