Exchanges & Returns

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at info@tix-mix.co.uk within 14 days if you discover any defects, damage, or receive an incorrect item. We are not liable for any stains, marks, or discoloration that occur after the product has been used. Upon notification, we will assess the situation and work towards an appropriate solution. To facilitate a prompt resolution, please provide clear photographs of the following:
  • The external packaging, including the shipping label.

  • The internal packaging.

  • The received item(s), clearly showing the issue.

Exchanges

In special cases where an exchange is necessary, please ensure the item is unopened and unused, and reach out to us within 14 days of receiving the product. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning the item to our warehouse, as well as any price differences, which will be charged to your original payment method. The exchange process will commence once we receive and inspect the original item.

Returns

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns or issues with your purchase, please contact our customer service team at info@tix-mix.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will do our utmost to resolve the matter.

Please note:

  • Wall Compatibility: Our magnetic wall decals are designed to adhere to most surfaces. However, certain wall types and paints may prevent proper adhesion. For detailed information on wall compatibility, please refer to our guidelines at Wall Compatibility. If your decals do not adhere as expected due to wall incompatibility, you may return them. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs and any other fees required to deliver the item back to our warehouse.

  • Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If an item is returned outside our guidelines—such as missing packaging, damaged, or used—we reserve the right to withhold a full refund or exchange. Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or as a gift card. If the product was a gift, the credit will be provided as a Tix&Mix eGift Card. Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

Missing Items

If your order arrives with items missing, please contact us at info@tix-mix.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. To process your claim efficiently, we require clear photographs of:

  • The external packaging, with the shipping label visible.

  • The internal packaging, showing how the items were packed.

  • All received items, clearly displayed.

Failure to provide photographic evidence of the package as received may render the claim ineligible for a refund or replacement. Retaining all packaging materials until the issue is resolved is recommended.

Gift Returns

For gift returns, we offer store credit or exchanges only. We cannot provide direct refunds for gift returns.
