  • Changes/cancellations are possible only before your order is packed.

Email us ASAP with your order number and the change you need.

Once packed, we can’t cancel it, but you can follow our return policy (below)..

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes. Send us your order number + correct address immediately.

If it has already shipped, address changes may not be possible (carriers often block reroutes, but you can contact carrier directly).

Contact us right away. If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we can reship it, but additional shipping costs may apply.

We use trusted carriers depending on your location (for example: DHL / UPS / GLS / EVRI / DPD).

Orders shipped outside the EU/UK/USA may be subject to import duties, VAT, and handling fees set by your country.

These fees are not controlled by us and are usually collected by the carrier before delivery.

Important: If import fees are not paid and the parcel is returned, refunds may be reduced by shipping/return costs (because carriers charge these fees).

First, check: safe place, neighbors, building reception, and your local carrier’s proof of delivery.

If it’s still missing, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll help you investigate.

Typical delivery times:

  • Europe: 2–5 business days
  • Worldwide: 3–7 business days

During peak periods (holidays), delivery can take longer. You’ll always receive tracking.

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer (unless the item is defective/wrong).

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process a refund to the original payment method.

We don’t offer direct exchanges in most cases.

The fastest way is: return the item (if eligible) and place a new order for what you need.

  • Photos of the package + product
  • Short description of the issue

Yes. Our products are made from child-safe, non-toxic materials and comply with European safety standards (EN-71).

Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and soaking wooden parts.

Designed for 1–6 years, ideal for toddlers. Always supervise young children during play.

Most customers remove it without damage, but every wall/paint is different.

For easiest removal, warm the decal gently with a hair dryer and peel slowly.

Best on smooth, clean, sealed walls.

Not recommended on: textured walls, raw plaster, brick, dusty/matte/chalk paint, or fresh paint.

Wait 30 days after painting for best adhesion and safest removal.

Often yes — but our decal is optimized for Tix&Mix playsets.

If another brand uses weaker/thinner magnets or heavier pieces, they may slide or fall on a vertical surface.

If a parcel is lost or returned due to an incorrect address or unpaid import fees, we issue a refund minus the original shipping costs.
