Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100, standard shipping rates apply.

Refused or Returned Packages

If you refuse delivery without a valid reason (for example, simply changing your mind or deciding the order is no longer wanted), please note that both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Valid Reasons for Refusing a Package:

  • Package visibly damaged during transit (crushed, torn, or opened in a way that may affect the product inside).

  • Wrong item received (different product than what was ordered).

  • Seller error (such as missing items or incorrect product variations).

If the package itself is not physically damaged, or if the product inside is unaffected, then refusal is considered a customer decision and not a valid reason. In those cases, return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your country’s customs regulations, additional import taxes, duties, or fees may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
